Someone call Mrs. Fletcher

Took this photo this morning on the way to the office -- it's what appears to be a bloody hand print on the side of the building at Mission and Front. I really hope it's just some kind of finger-painting exhibit gone astray, or just a bad joke. I mean, anyone that had that much blood on their hand wouldn't be able to make such a clean print, would they? Or perhaps it's not their own blood? This is one for Murder She Wrote...
